(User guides and manuals range between 5,500 – 15,000 words. Quick start guides average 500 words.)

(Scripts include narration and suggestion for on-screen imagery, if desired. Expect between 600-900 words for a 2-minute video.)
Course text, such as introductions, overviews, and assignment instructions
(Although course text can vary widely, an overview might include 300-500 words, depending on the subject and learner skill level.)
Standard operating procedures
(SOPs range in length depending on the procedure and depth of instruction, but anticipate 5,000-15,000 words.)
